3. We'll send you an email to confirm your order & payment

4. We send your items and inform you

5. Sit back and wait for your pretty items to arrive in your letterbox!


TERMS OF SALE

All prices quoted on MissSparkleShop.com are in Singapore Dollars.

Once an order is submitted, we cannot modify the order nor add or remove items from the order. All submitted orders are final.

All payments are to be made within 12 hours upon submission of order. If payment is not made within this stipulated period of time, the respective order(s) will be cancelled without prior notice. A re-order can then be made if the item(s) is still available.

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified after payment is made.

Packages are shipped within 48 hours upon receipt of payment, excluding weekends and Singapore public holidays, save for items which are not in stock at the time of shipment (usually for backorders) in which case the customer will be notified.

Miss Sparkle will not be held responsible for any lost packages or damaged items during the mailing process.

We accept international orders and ship internationally. Please see the ‘Shipping and Postage’ section for further details on international shipping rates.

Orders that are designated for shipment to countries outside of Singapore may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees  (“Import Fees”) levied by the destination country. The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.

For international orders, additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. Miss Sparkle has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be or when they may be changed. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

 

PAYMENT MODES

We accept payment by credit card via PayPal, Paypal transfers and internet or ATM transfer (within Singapore).

We are pleased to inform that all fees and charges imposed by Paypal will be absorbed by us.

A.    Master Card, Visa Card

At the final step of checkout, you will be redirected to Paypal where you can choose to pay by credit card.

B.    PayPal

At the final step of checkout, you will be redirected to Paypal where you can choose to pay from your existing Paypal account.

C.    Internet or ATM Transfer (for Singapore customers)

For customers who select “bank transfer” at checkout, payment can be made by funds transfer to any of our following bank accounts:

We will send you an email with the above details for transfer of payment upon confirmation of your order.

SHIPPING AND POSTAGE

A.     Local Postage within Singapore

We provide regular postage at a friendly flat rate of $1.50 per order for purchases within Singapore.

Packages are mailed by SingPost and have an estimated 1 - 3 days of delivery time.

We strongly recommend registered postage for an additional flat fee of $2.24 per package. This allows the package to be tracked and requires signature confirmation upon delivery.

We provide free registered postage for orders above $75.

B.    International Shipping

We are happy to accept international orders! International orders are shipped using SingPost registered air-mail or Air Parcel service. Each package can be tracked and may require signature upon delivery to recipient. Please allow 5 to 15 days for the items to reach you.

International shipping charges will be automatically calculated during checkout. Our international shipping rates are based generally on prevailing SingPost rates. Please see our rates set out below:

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

 Miss Sparkle is happy to conduct item exchanges in the following situations:

 A.   Size exchange for Sophistique* range items

We want to give our customers a truly pleasant shopping experience and to come away satisfied. Items from our Sophistique* range are carefully sourced for higher quality of fabric and workmanship and have a higher price-point than our regular line of clothing. Some Sophistique* items come in a range of sizes; should your purchased Sophistique* item not fit, we are happy to offer a size-exchange for this Sophistique* item.

Get in touch with us at sales@misssparkleshop.com within 5 calendar days (21 days for international customers) from the date of mailing. Upon our agreement, post the item back to us. We will then swap it for the new size and post the new item to you.

We conduct size-exchanges for Sophistique* range items on the following terms and conditions:

  • One size-exchange permitted per order.
  • Request for size-exchange must be made within 5 calendar days (for Singapore customers) or 21 days (for international customers) from the date of mailing.
  • Size-exchange may only be done for item of the same design, subject to availability of the desired size hence we advise that customers contact us as soon as possible for size-exchanges.
  • Strictly no cash refunds will be made.
  • Item must be returned brand new with tag intact, in original packaging, unworn, unaltered and unwashed. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted will be sent back to the customer.
  • Sale items are not eligible for size-exchange.
  • Cost of postage of the item(s) back to Miss Sparkle will be borne by the customer. 
  • Miss Sparkle will bear the cost of postage for the new item to Singapore customers.
  • International customers bear the shipping costs of the new item to them.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.


B.    Defective items

We take pride in our products and we conduct quality checks on each item. In the event that we overlook any defects, we are happy to exchange the defective product.

Simply get in touch with us at sales@misssparkleshop.com within 5 calendar days (21 days for international customers) from the date of mailing.

Send us an email describing the defect(s), attaching pictures of the defect(s). Upon our agreement, post the item back to us. We will do a one-for-one exchange for the same item subject to availability and post the new item to you.

Should the item be out-of-stock, you may exchange for any other item of equal or lesser value.

Exchanges for defective items will be conducted on the following terms and conditions:

  • Requests for exchange must be made within 5 calendar days (for Singapore customers) or 21 days (for international customers) from the date of mailing.
  • Item must be returned brand new with tag intact, in original packaging, unworn, unaltered and unwashed. We will not be responsible for damages caused by mishandling of garments during washing.
  • Loose threads and removable stains are not be considered defects.
  • During the mass manufacturing process, there may be around 0.5 inch difference between the garment’s actual size and the measurements stated on the Site. Such variances are not considered defects.
  • Sale items are not eligible for exchange or refund.
  • Strictly no cash refunds will be done.
